My journey into creating resin pieces began with a deep-rooted love for art and self-expression. Art has always been more than just a hobby, it’s a form of therapy, a way to tap into my inner creativity, and a space where I can channel my thoughts and emotions into something tangible.

Working with resin allows me to blend colors, textures, and elements in ways that are both deliberate and unpredictable, which keeps the process exciting and meditative. Each piece becomes a reflection of a moment in time carefully crafted with focus, calm, and intention. There’s something incredibly grounding about pouring your energy into creating something unique, knowing that no two pieces will ever be the same.

Hi, I’m Hailey Brown, the founder of BrownstallowBalm, a natural skincare brand based in New Boston, New Hampshire. I craft simple, tallow-based balms & sunscreens with minimal ingredients—free from synthetic additives and unnecessary fillers. BrownstallowBalm was born from a personal awakening: I realized I had been living disconnected from the earth and wanted to return to a more holistic, grounded way of life. Creating these balms became a way to care for my body like a temple and reconnect with nature through intentional, nourishing self-care.

Originally, Basic Swamp Witch was nameless and just a practice, something to help loved ones in need; a spell bottle to help with sleepless nights, another for chasing away the blues, and a couple to help with social anxiety. When friends came to me to learn more, I started creating kits for them to make their bottles with their own intentions. From there, things flourished. I began branching out, creating simple spell kits and other small tools for traveling witches. Everything I make has always been and will always be created out of love and compassion for others.
